   "CASA SURFSIDE" is directly on the surf of Potrero Bay in the province of Guanacaste. This is in the northwest of Costa Rica on the Pacific side. In Costa Rica only a few houses in "Colonial Spanish Land Grant Territories" were allowed to be built this close to the ocean. The location makes Casa Surfside the beachfront house you have always dreamed about renting. The grounds are immaculate with many different types of trees and plants. The house was recently remodeled. Special amenities include a heated pool with therapy jets and two covered patios so you can enjoy the shade all day.
